THE VYNE STORY
A Company On A Mission
Our CEO and Co-Founder, Randolph, was born in Liberia in West Africa and spent his high school years as a refugee in Ghana due to a civil war in his home country. He received a full scholarship to Wartburg College and has lived in the US ever since.
As Randolph grew in his roles as a Business Analyst and Business Architect he worked in many settings and was disappointed not to see more diversity amongst other contractors and employees.
Randolph founded Vyne to help companies create more diverse recruitment pools for in-demand roles across the country. We actively recruit women, people of color, veterans and LGBTQ professionals so our recruitment pools are more diverse than other staffing and recruitment firms.
Vyne has grown into a successful and thriving recruitment and staffing company and a Human Resources and Communications Consulting Firm. An Experienced Leadership Team

Randolph has over a decade of hands-on experience in project management, Business Analysis, and Architecture. He holds an MBA from Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota.
Norah is a seasoned manager of people and projects, she has extensive experience as an HR and Communications consultant. She is passionate about her work and has created a broad group of clients that include corporate, non-profit, school district, and government organizations.
David has 20 years of business development, financial services, and community leadership experience. He connects clients and business partners with the resources and products they need to achieve their objectives.
